Bulk Scanner Tutorial
Goal: Learn how to use ZIK Analytics’ Bulk Scanner Tool to quickly find and collect high-performing products from multiple eBay sellers, saving you time while focusing only on profitable listings.
✅ Insight: The Bulk Scanner helps you scan competitors, gather their best-selling items, and bulk-save them for listing — making product research five times faster.
1. Accessing the Bulk Scanner
Go to Advanced Tools → Bulk Scanner.
You’ll see two options:
- Seller List – your saved competitors.
- Multi Scanner – scan up to five sellers at once.
2. Adding Sellers to Your List
To add sellers, open the Product Research Tool and search for any product (e.g., vegetable slicer).
- Set your supplier (e.g., Amazon).
- Use the Dropshippers Only filter to find dropshipping sellers.
- Click the Bulk Scanner icon next to any seller to add them to your list.
Now, in Bulk Scanner, you’ll see:
- Seller name and location
- Date added
- Active listings
- Sold items
- Feedback score
3. Scanning Sellers for Products
Click the seller’s username to view their dashboard.
You’ll see:
- eBay & Amazon images
- Titles and prices
- Profit, sales, and competitor data
Apply filters such as:
- Minimum 5 sales in the last 30 days
- Minimum profit or price range
Select the best items and save them to a folder (e.g., Amazon Items – Example).
4. Managing Products in Folders
Go to My Products → Amazon / Walmart Products. There, you can:
- Edit titles or prices
- Filter by minimum sales (e.g., 10+)
- Exclude Vero brands and restricted keywords
Then choose to:
- Upload All / Selected Items directly to your lister, or
- Export as CSV for manual uploads.
5. Using the Multi Scanner
Instead of scanning sellers one by one, select up to 5 sellers and click Add to Multi Scanner. Set filters such as:
- Minimum price (e.g., $20)
- Minimum profit and sales
- Prime only products
Then click Scan. ZIK will collect all matching items into one folder — letting you review or upload them instantly.
